Returns:

• Non-personalised items: 14 days to return from delivery date

• Personalised/custom items: cannot be returned unless faulty

 

Refunds:

• Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty Items:

• Please contact us here within 14 days if your item arrives damaged or defective.

• We will replace or refund faulty items promptly.
